Delete it in the app
- Open the VeggieFresh app and sign in.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete account, then tap Delete.
Or ask us by email
Email support@veggiefresh.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We email you when it is done.
What we delete
- Your sign-in, so nobody can log in to the account again.
- Your name and profile photo.
- The household members on your subscriptions, with their email addresses and phone numbers.
- Your phone's push notification token and your reminder settings.
Your subscriptions stop at once, so there are no more renewals. A delivery you already paid for may still arrive.
What we keep
We keep these as business records, for accounting, tax and legal reasons:
- Your email address on the account record.
- Your orders, subscriptions and their shipping addresses, and your swap dates.
- Payment records at Stripe.
Deleting your account cannot be undone.
